Allied Appraisers is currently seeking a commercial appraiser for employment at our firm.

Candidate should be a college graduate, be proficient in commercial related software including Windows, Excell, Word, etc. Have good narrative writing and analytical skills and be highly motivated.

State of Michigan license required.

Amenities of this position include:

400 +/- square feet of private renovated office space (w/fireplace), (4) active office lines w/voice mail. T-1 internet access and networking systems, data storage and collection, 9-5 live office support with administrative assistant and office manager with 30+ years handling commercial and industrial processing, local to national advertising including interactive website, yellow pages, local press, etc.

Potential employment based on experience and current self sufficient workload.
