Heres how it works...
We will physically inspect the property for you, measure any and all structures within the specified legal description including porches, patios, decks, In-ground pools, garages, outbuildings, etc.
Research and supply the full legal description including plat maps, site area or acreage, parcel numbers and census tract data.
Provide digital photographs of your preference. Front and rear views, street scene, outbuildings, pool areas, special rooms, whatever you like.
E-mail the entire package to your desktop for printing color open house portfolios, flyers, data verification or any e-commerce advertisements you choose. We also have print options available from our local office if needed.
The catch?
Well, you know theres a catch, but a good one. The fee is $75.00 for the service. BUT when your listing sells, and we perform the required appraisal for the mortgage report, we will refund the fee for our service. At Allied Appraisers we guarantee youll be satisfied. If not, you pay nothing. Period. We understand how important excellent relations are with our local realtors. Its just good business.
